Our onsite pharmacy at 110 Connecticut Boulevard in East Hartford has the newest COVID vaccines which targets the current variants of the virus. It’s free and available without an appointment.
Although the COVID shot has not always prevented people from catching the virus, it has been shown to lessen the impact of COVID on those infected. For that reason, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends getting this version of the shot to protect against hospitalization and death: “If you have not received a COVID-19 vaccine in the past 2 months, get an updated COVID-19 vaccine to protect yourself this fall and winter.”
