East Hartford:
The East Hartford Public Safety Complex Lobby at 31 School Street is open 24/7.
East Hartford Public Library at 840 Main Street is open Monday and Friday 9 AM – 5 PM; Tuesday- Thursday: 9 AM to 8 PM and Saturday, 10 AM – 2 PM.
Wickham Library at 656 Burnside Avenue, is open Monday, Wednesday and Fridays 10 AM -5 PM; Tuesday-Thursdays 1-8 PM.
East Hartford Senior Center, 15 Milbrook Drive is 8:30 to 4:30 PM.
Community Cultural Center at 50 Chapman Place, is open Monday-Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.

Manchester:

Manchester Police Department Lobby is available 24/7 as a cooling area for residents.
Vernon:
The Rockville Public Library, Vernon, CT is air conditioned and is open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.
Vernon Senior Center members can go to the Vernon Senior Center at Bolton Road. It is open to members 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
